Your tasks:
- Together with experienced colleagues, you will support the planning and management of our CRM projects in the Salesforce environment.
- As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will take on a supporting role in requirements workshops and the corresponding documentation and advise our customers on their business processes.
- You will work in our mixed project teams and gradually take on partial responsibility in the project
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders and communication with all relevant parties in a project
- Independent configuration of our CRM solutions and coordination with our software development from planning to ongoing operation
- You will take on a supporting role in the expansion of our fast-growing CRM unit and, as part of our team for Salesforce-based solutions, you will always be up to date with the latest developments, technology trends and innovations.
Your profile:
- You have a degree (FH/University) with focus on business administration, computer science or a comparable professional training.
- First professional and project experience is an advantage, but ambitious beginners are also possible
- Agile mindset and willingness to internalize the SCRUM methodology
- You are interested in modern IT technologies, have a positive attitude towards new business models and software products, and love the challenge of transforming business processes into technological solutions.
- In addition to your passion for the latest technologies, your communication skills are impressive.
- Fun and joy in consulting activities, initiative, customer and service orientation, and willingness to travel are a matter of course for you.
- You speak German and English.

The actual salary is determined according to your qualifications and relevant experience.
With a HTL degree, you will earn € 2,430 gross/month.
With a university degree, the salary is € 2,560 gross/month.
